Wayne Edward Bauman

Wayne Bauman, 69, a resident of Longview, Texas, died Friday, April 29, 2011 in Longview. He was born August 6, 1941 in Fredonia, Kansas, the son of Leland Edward and Estella (Schneider) Bauman. He worked in construction. Wayne was a member of the Catholic Church and was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. His survivors include: His mother: Estella Bauman of Fredonia, KS One daughter: Christina (Ron) Fesler of Livermore, CA One son: Mark Bauman of Altoona, KS One grandson: Dylan Bauman of Yates Center, KS One brother: Larry Bauman of Fredonia, KS Three sisters: Mary Jane Farnsworth of Goddard, KS Betty Jo Ritz of Fredonia, KS Shirley Tabor of Choctaw, OK Several step-children and step-grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews His father, Leland Bauman and daughter, Deanna Bauman preceded him in death. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Timmons Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Benefiel of the Buxton Christian Church officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, 11:00 A.M. until service at the funeral home. A memorial has been established in Wayne"s name with the American Heart Association and contributions can be sent to the funeral home. Words of condolence for the family may be left on this website.
