Wanda Lee Cunningham

Wanda Lee Cunningham, 81, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away, Friday, July 17, 2020 at her home in Cherryvale, Kansas.

Wanda Lee Cunningham was born March 6, 1939 to Ralph and Jenny (Scannel) Yeubanks. She attended Labette County High School and graduated in 1957.

She was united in marriage to Harry A. Cunningham on April 8, 1958 in Cherryvale, Kansas and he survives at the home.

Wanda worked at the Parsons State Hospital as a Purchasing Agent for 47 years until retiring in 2004. She enjoyed watching Hallmark Christmas movies, making ceramics, playing the piano, drinking coffee on the porch, bowling and spending time with her grandkids.

She is survived by her husband, Harry Cunningham, son Jeff Cunningham and wife Tina, of Cherryvale, daughter, Tracy Wenino, of Cherryvale, Kansas, brother, Larry Yeubanks and wife Jane of Derby, Kansas; grandchildren, Courtney and husband Travis MacDonald, Taylor Cunningham and husband Kenan Booe, Hadon Wenino, Cole Wenino and Josh Cunningham; great granddaughter, Adelyne Cunningham.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Blaine Yeubanks.

Celebration of Life Services will be 11:00 am, Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th Street, Cherryvale, Kansas 67335. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until service time.
