Susan "Sue" Renee Stephenson

Susan Renee Stephenson, 58 of Fall River, Kansas, passed away, Saturday, May 13, 2023 in Wichita, Kansas. Sue was born on September 27, 1964 in Norfolk, Virginia to William and Martha (Faulk) Davenport. Sue attended Millington High School in Millington, Tennessee and later received her GED.

Sue was married to Raymond “Gene” Minor and he survives at the home. Sue enjoyed crafting, reading, gardening, sewing and watching hummingbirds.

Sue worked at Alco prior to its closing, Flint Oak and was currently the manager at Subway where she had been for the last six and a half years.

In addition to Gene, Sue is survived by her father William Davenport of Eden, North Carolina, mother, Martha Meyers of Millington, Tennessee, children, Adam Stephenson of Benedict, Kansas, Heather Stephenson of Fredonia, Kansas, Leonard Minor of Altoona, Kansas, sister, Brenda Davenport-Wood of Munford Tennessee, brothers, Howard Davenport of Florida, Jeff Davenport of Atoka, Tennessee, Darrell Davenport of Millington, Tennessee, grandchildren, Landon Minor, Natalie Minor, Alania Minor, Chevelle Minor, Aryona Stephenson, Michael Bailey, Alya Whittaker and Christopher Whittaker.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 4:00-6:00pm at Wickham Family Funeral Home, 510 N. 7th Fredonia, Kansas. Casual dress attire is welcomed for visitation.
