Sharon Kay Roseberry

Sharon Kay Roseberry, 74, a resident of Chanute, Kansas, formerly of Fredonia, Kansas, died March 25, 2014 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute. She was born March 6, 1940 in Neodesha, Kansas, the daughter of Addison and Letha (Hare) Berry. She was a self-employed dog kennel owner.

On December 14, 1967, in Miami, Oklahoma, Sharon was united in marriage to Dave Roseberry. He preceded her in death July 13, 2010.

Sharon was a member of the American Kennel Club.

Sharons survivors include:
Son: David Roseberry of Chanute, KS
Daughters: Elizabeth Fulghum of Haysville, KS
Rebecca Neville of Parsons, KS
Heidi Florez of Parsons, KS
11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren

Her parents; son, Kenneth Berry; and brothers, Bill Berry and Alfred Berry also preceded her in death.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Weakley Cemetery with Rev. Gene Benefiel of the Buxton Christian Church officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Timmons Funeral Home. A memorial has been established in Sharons name with the COPD Foundation and contributions can be sent to or left with Timmons Funeral Home. Words of condolence may be left on this website.
