Ruth Lillian Beadles

Ruth Lillian Beadles, 99, a resident of Perry, Oklahoma, formerly of Fall River, Kansas, died Thursday, August 2, 2007 at Perry Memorial Hospital. She was born August 9, 1907 in Dearing, Kansas, the daughter of Alfred and Nellie (Bush) Bales. On August 31, 1924, she married Ellis Mac Beadles. Their first and only child, Mac, was born ten years later. Mrs. Beadles was a homemaker all of her life and loved to play bridge, go dancing, and travel. She was a member of the Fall River United Methodist Church in Fall River, Kansas and a past member of Eastern Star and the Advance Club of Fall River. Her survivors include: Two granddaughters & spouses: Sherri & Tim Huneycutt of Perry, OK Kristi & Scott Johnson of Perry, OK One great granddaughter & spouse: Kaelee & James Ambrose of Perry, OK One great grandson: Tate Johnson of Stillwater, OK Her daughter-in-law: Peggy Beadles of Perry, OK She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis on October 1, 1969; her son, Mac Beadles on September 1, 2002; and one sister, Opal Morrow. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at the Fredonia City Cemetery with Rev. Lee Passwater of the Fall River United Methodist Church officiating. A memorial has been established in her name with the Fall River United Methodist Church and may be sent to the funeral home.
