Robert Eugene Busch

Robert Eugene Busch, 75, a resident of rural Fall River, Kansas, formerly of Wichita, Kansas, died Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Fredonia Regional Hospital. He was born August 3, 1931 in Wichita, the son of Henry and Rose (Kraus) Busch. He was a graduate of St. Mary"s High School in Wichita. He worked for USD 259-Wichita as a building engineer for more than 25 years, retiring in 1992. On December 31, 1951 at St. Patrick"s Church in Wichita, he married Josephine Ann Hromek. She survives at their home. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Church in Fredonia. Survivors, in addition to his wife, Josephine, include: Four daughters: Denise Hayden of Lincoln, NE Paula Eli of Wichita, KS Cynthia Reynolds of Derby, KS Bobbi Miller of Wichita, KS Two sons: Tim Busch of Fall River, KS Dennis Busch of Park City, KS One brother: Cecil Busch of Denver, CO 12 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren A rosary will be said at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, March 12, 2007, followed by funeral mass at 10:00 A.M. at the Sacred Heart Church in Fredonia with Father Stephen Baxter officiating. Burial will be in the Weakley Cemetery near New Albany, Kansas. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, 1:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. A memorial has been established in his name with the Salvation Army and may be sent to the funeral home.
