Robert E. Parnell II, 57, resident of Fredonia, Kansas, formerly of Fall River and Eureka, died Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita. He was born August 20, 1957 in Muskegon, Michigan, the son of Robert E. and Mary Ann (Tice) Parnell. He served in the United States Army and the National Guard. On December 19, 1982 in Coffeyville, Kansas, Robert was united in marriage to Ruby Rollings. She survives at their home. Robert served as a volunteer at the Veteran"s Hospital and was a former member of the Eagles in Neodesha. Survivors in addition to his wife, Ruby, include: Children: Robert Parnell III of Wichita, KS Lyle Parnell of Wichita, KS Mary Parnell of Thayer, KS Mother: Mary Ann Tice of Muskegon, MI Stepmother: Sandy Parnell of Muskegon, MI Mother-In-Law: Roberta Rollings of Fall River, KS Sisters: Mary Barnhard of Razenna, MI Teresa Doyle of Neodesha, KS Brother: Chuck Parnell of Muskegon, MI Step Sisters: Roxanne Phillip of Michigan Joann Phillip of Michigan Step Brothers: Thomas Phillip of Michigan Michael Phillip of Michigan Six Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his father.
