Neva Jean Lumley

Neva J. Lumley, 70, of Fall River, Kansas passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at Fredonia Regional Hospital.
Neva Jean Lumley was born July 3, 1949 in Sedan, Kansas the daughter of Donald Dean Rhodig and Ellen (Chilcott) Rhodig. She grew up in Peru, Kansas and attended Peru and Sedan Schools.
On July 22,1967 in Peru she was united in marriage to David Lumley and he survives at the home.
Neva worked at the nursing home in Fredonia. She was a housekeeper at a motel in Fredonia and cooked at the Wilson County Jail.
Her favorite hobbies were her grandkids, getting together with family and watching hummingbirds.
Survivors include her husband, David, children, Leslie Lumley and his wife Amy of Fall River, Kansas, Billijo Lewis and her husband Nick of Fredonia, Kansas, Rebecca Ann Ammann and her husband Stacy of Fall River, Kansas, sister, Sharon Hodskins of Springfield, Missouri, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Gary Rhodig and sister, Judy Wise.
Cremation has taken place with services held at a later date.
