Tincknell was born December 1, 1921 in Hunter, Texas the daughter of Bernardino Sanchez and Coleta (Lopez) Sanchez.She was united in marriage in 1945 to Lloyd D. Ellison at Seattle, Washington and he preceded her in death December 30, 1963. She was later married to Forest J. Tincknell September 5, 1971 in Neodesha, Kansas and he preceded her in death July 10, 2007.Maria worked at Lee Rider as a seamstress in Cherryvale, a munitions worker in Corpus Christie, Texas, Boeing Aircraft in Seattle, Washington during World War II, Vallis Wngroff in the Bindery Department in Cherryvale and First National Bank of Neodesha as a custodian.She loved to dance and socialize with family, friends and loved ones. She will be remembered for being a caring and giving mother and grandmother.Survivors include daughter, Sheila Minnich and her husband Mickey of Midwest City, Oklahoma, son, Jack Ellison and his wife Evelyn of Cherryvale, Kansas, four sister, two brothers, grandchildren, Doug Minnich of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Tena Bradfield of Renton, Washington, Dayna Garrett, Phoenix, Arizona, Amy Davidson of Choctaw, Oklahoma, Tracy Captain of Flower Mound, Texas, Amanda Venegas of Cherryvale, Kansas, great grandchildren, Hanna Dass of Queen City, Arizona, Cole Minnich of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Tanner Davidson of Edmond, Oklahoma, Laney Davidson of Norman, Oklahoma, Stephen Garrett, Sarah Garrett, Anna Garrett and Thomas Garret all of Phoenix, Arizona, Jackson Captain and Jillian Captain of Flower Mound, Texas, Isabella Bradfield of Renton, Washington, Carlos Venegas and Levi Venegas of Cherryvale, Kansas.Celebration of Life Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th Street, Cherryvale, Kansas. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time.Interment will follow in Choteau Cemetery east of Sycamore, Kansas.
