Lesa Anne Webber, 64, of Cherryvale, Kansas peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at Mercy Hospital Joplin.
Lesa was born December 30, 1959, in Jefferson, Missouri the daughter of Jim Baker and Barbara (Whitney) Baker.
In 1977, Lesa graduated from Cherryvale High School before embarking on her journey through life. Lesa, known for her caring nature and kind spirit, touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Lesa was united in marriage to Clifton Poole in 1977 in Cherryvale and he preceded her in death in 1994.
Lesa's love for the outdoors, Chiefs' football, KU basketball, trips to Big Hill, and spending time with her grandchildren brought immense joy to her life. She found true happiness in these simple pleasures.
She was a dedicated employee who worked at Graggs Cabinet in Cherryvale for 17 years until it closed, and later at MM Moulders for many years.
Lesa is survived by her son Brian Poole of Cherryvale, Kansas, daughter Ashley Jones and son-in-law Christopher Jones of Edmond, Oklahoma, sister, Linda Baker of Parsons, Kansas and six grandchildren - Colton, Allison, Nathan, Julius, Amaya, Christopher Jr. In addition to her grandchildren, she leaves behind two great-grandchildren - Maxson and Caison
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Barbara Baker and dear sister of Sharon Baker and Karen Baker
A Celebration of Life service to honor and remember Lesa will be held on 10:30 A.M., Saturday, May 18, 2024. The service will take place at Wickham Family Funeral Home in Cherryvale.
