Kolby Ryan Henderson

Kolby R. Henderson, 14, of Independence, Kansas passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2021, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Kolby Ryan Henderson was born March 1, 2007, at Klamath Falls, Oregon the son of Mark and Rena (McMahan) Henderson. He was currently attending the 8th grade at Independence Middle School in Independence.

He enjoyed watching YouTube, listening to music, and watching his favorite television shows, The 3 Stooges, Batman and Robin, Dukes of Hazard and SpongeBob SquarePants.

He is survived by his parents of the home, siblings, Brittaney Caldwell of Denver, Colorado, Devon Caldwell of Gillette, Wyoming, Aunts and Uncles, Missy and Brandon Jenniges of Springtown, Texas, Mindy Willis of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, Randy and Jen McMahan of Saginaw, Texas, cousins, Abigayle Taras, MacKenzie Willis, Ryan Willis, Andrew Willis and paternal, grandmother, Vicky Henderson.

Celebration of Kolby’s Life will be held 1:30 P.M., Sunday, September 26, 2021, at the Independence First Church of the Nazarene, 3167 South 10th Street, Independence, Kansas 67301.

Memorial remembrances are suggested to the Kolby R. Henderson Memorial Fund, and they may be left at the church or mailed to Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th Street, Cherryvale, Kansas 67335.
