Kimberly Dawn Meeks

Kimberly D. Meeks, 19, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019 in Independence, Kansas.
Kimberly Dawn Meeks was born December 8, 2000 to Roger Meeks II and Amanda Frazee. She attended schools in Cherryvale and graduated from Coffeyville Field Kindley High School in May of 2019. She was planning on attending Coffeyville Community College in the future.
She enjoyed cheerleading, softball, volleyball, reading and she loved to eat. She was always smiling, loved being with people, dressing up and spending money on clothes and money like most teenage girls her age do.
Kimberly received many awards while growing up. She attended the William Allen White Conference in Emporia when she was younger and received the KU reading award. She received the President Academics Award, was on the Cherryvale Swim Team and received many medals. She was also a cheerleader while attending Cherryvale High School.
Survivors include her son Treyson Levi of Cherryvale, Kansas, parents, Roger and Leticia Meeks of Cherryvale, Kansas and Amanda and Kevin Shamblin of Coffeyville, Kansas, siblings, Hannah Meeks, Inez Meeks, Isabella Meeks, Roger Meeks III all of Cherryvale, Kansas, Quantom Chancellor, Tyson Shamblin, Jordan Shamblin, Christian Shamblin, Kevin Shamblin and Trinity Shamblin all of Coffeyville, Kansas, grandparents, Roger and Jenny Meeks of Oswego, Kansas, Diane Graham of Cherryvale, Kansas, Janie and Sonny Costello of Live Oak, California, Larry and Lisa Reddy of Independence, Kansas, numerous, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 7:30 P.M., Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th, Cherryvale, Kansas.
Celebration of Life Funeral Services will be held 10:30 A.M., Friday, December 20, 2019 at Cherryvale Christian Church, 319 East Main Street, Cherryvale, Kansas.
Interment will immediately follow the service at Fairview Cemetery in Cherryvale.
Memorial remembrances are suggested to Wickham Family Funeral Home and they may be left or mailed to the funeral home.
