Jane Ellen Hutton was a wonderful woman who was loved, is missed and will always be cherished.
April 29, 2018 was a beautiful day in Andover, Kansas when Jane went to her heavenly home at age 90. Jane Ellen was the only child born to Horace “Hap” C. Wilson and Georgia Vea Wiggans Wilson on March 30, 1928 in Fredonia, Kansas.
When Jane was young, Hap and Georgia moved their small family back to Fredonia where Jane would spend her childhood, grow up, make many lifelong friends, attend Fredonia schools graduating with the class of 1947. Jane graduated from beauty school returning to Fredonia, where she was a beautician to many before retiring several years ago.
Jane Ellen Wilson and Robert E. Hutton were united in marriage on October 12, 1947 at The First Christian Church in Fredonia.
Loved ones who cleared the way for Jane are her parents Horace and Georgia Wilson.

Jane Ellen’s Grandchildren were her heart and joy, there’s no denying that. They were the people she loved most. Time spent at Grandma’s house was very special for her Grandbabies.

Jane was a member of many clubs and organizations, active member of the First Christian Church and well known for her delicious cooking, pies and cinnamon rolls as well as her beautiful flower garden.
A date of celebration of life has yet to be determined. Memorials have been suggested to The First Christian Church Christmas Turkey Fund and may be left or mailed to Wickham Family Funeral Home 510 N. 7th Fredonia, Kansas.
