Jacqueline "Christi" Christena Hestand

Jacqueline Christena “Christi” Hestand, 43, of Cherryvale, Kansas, passed away, Thursday, December 24, 2020, at Labette Health in Independence, Kansas.
Christi was born July 12, 1977 to Marvin and Marilyn (Prater) Hestand in Independence, Kansas. She attended and graduated from Cherryvale High School.
She enjoyed collecting and watching scary movies and collecting KU memorabilia. She was a very kind and loving person.
Christi is survived by her parents, Marvin and Marilyn Hestand of Cherryvale, Kansas and sisters, Michele Twitchell, Cherryvale, Kansas and Shanna Belcher, Pomona, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lewis Hestand, grandmother, Christene Hestand, grandfather, Bill Prater and grandmother, Jackie Prater.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Friday January 15, 2021 at Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th, Cherryvale, Kansas.
Celebration of Life Services will be held 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the funeral home.
Inurnment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Cherryvale.
