Helen May Stebbins

Helen May Stebbins, 96, a resident of Lawrenceville, Georgia, formerly of Fredonia, died Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Delmar Gardens in Lawrenceville. She was born October 27, 1913 in Fredonia, the daughter of Jacob I. and May I. (Myers) Sell. She was a graduate of Fredonia High School and attended Fredonia Business College. Helen was a homemaker. On May 14, 1939 in Fredonia, Kansas, she married Theodore C. Stebbins. He preceded her in death in 1975. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, and 1910 Club. Helen"s survivors include: One daughter and son-in-law: Carol and Jeffrey Theobald of Lawrenceville, GA One sister: Eunice Timmons of Fredonia, KS One brother: Howard Sell of Fredonia, KS Two grandchildren and four great grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Timmons Chapel with Rev. Charlotte Coates of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Fredonia City Cemetery. Friends may call at Timmons Funeral Home on Monday 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.
