Helen Louise Arbuckle

Helen Louise Arbuckle, born on November 20, 1927, in Grenola, Kansas, passed away on March 20, 2025, in Fredonia, Kansas. She lived a life dedicated to her family.

Helen attended Grenola High School and cherished her roots in the town where she spent her early years. Throughout her life, she found joy in various interests and hobbies. She had a passion for gardening, travel, quilts, flowers, decorating, music and loved her family.

Helen married Loyd Arbuckle on December 23, 1944, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

She is survived by her beloved sons, Barry (Jan) Arbuckle and David (Sherry) Arbuckle, both of Wichita, and her cherished daughter, Connie (Phil) Fullerton of Fall River. Her family extended further with grandchildren Jenny Zucker, Aaron Fullerton, Amanda Wyatt, Ashley Ruckman, and Lance Arbuckle, along with great-grandchildren Andrew, Landon, Kalon, Jake, Jackson, Sam, Ben, Loyd, Cora, Ava and Alivia.

Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband, Loyd, her parents Glen and Opal (McSpadden) Logsdon, and her grandson Gregory Arbuckle.

Helen was a member of the Broadway Christian Church and the Riverside Christian Church in Wichita, Kansas.

A Celebration of Life for Helen Louise Arbuckle will be held on March 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Grenola Christian Church, located at 306 N Cana Street, Grenola, Kansas 67346. Following her celebration of life, burial will take place at the Green Lawn Cemetery in Grenola.

Helen would want to be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, a role she embraced with grace and joy.
