Frances M. Hutchins, 85, of Parsons, Kansas passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Parsons State Hospital in Parsons.
Frances May Hutchins was born December 1, 1932 in New Albany, Kansas the daughter of Charles Raymond Brown and Mabel (Condon) Brown.
On August 27, 1950 in Wichita, Kansas she was united in marriage to Robert C. Hutchins and they were later divorced.
Survivors include her brother, Roy Brown of Wichita, Kansas and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Clarence Brown.
Graveside service will be held 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Weakley Cemetery in New Albany, Kansas.
