Darrell Lee Comstock

Darrell Lee Comstock, 41, a resident of rural Fall River, Kansas, died Sunday, December 28, 2008 at his mother"s home in Fall River. He was born October 3, 1967 in Mena, Arkansas, the son of Danny Lee and Karen (Jackson) Comstock. He was a graduate of Christian Challenge High School in Wichita, Kansas. For 11 years, Darrell worked at Mid-Continent Manufacturing in Wichita. Most recently he was a machinist at Aerospace Manufacturing in Fredonia for three years. On July 17, 1987 in Wichita, Kansas, he married Cheri J. McGregor. She survives at their home. He was a very active member of the First Assembly of God Church in Fredonia and enjoyed being a member of the Fredonia Saddle Club. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, January 2, 2009 at the First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Gary Sherman officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Friday, January 2, 2009 at the Greenwood Cemetery in Wichita. Friends may call on Thursday, January 1, 2009, 3:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. at Timmons Funeral Home, where the family will be receiving friends. Memorials have been established in Darrell"s name with The Edge Youth Ministries and The Fredonia Saddle Club and may be sent to the funeral home. There is also an educational fund established for his children and these can also be left with the funeral home. Condolences for the family may be left on this website.
