Charles Raymond Hauser Sr.

Charles R. Hauser Sr., 84, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at Labette Health in Parsons, Kansas with his family by his side.
Charles Raymond Hauser Sr. was born June 7, 1938 in Los Angeles, California the son of Robert Hauser and Margaret (Rogers) Hauser. He grew up in Los Angeles and graduated high school in Los Angeles.
He was united in marriage to Patricia Slagel in 1960 and they later divorced. He married Doris Hardesty in 1969 in Augusta, Kansas and she preceded him in death.
Charles worked as a grocer and owned Go-Mart in Augusta, Kansas for many years.
He enjoyed going fishing and his animals. He loved his family and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his children, Linda Doggett of Cherryvale, Kansas, Charles Hauser Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia, Margaret Dennett of Burden, Kansas, Greg Hill of Winfield, Kansas, 35 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Hauser, daughters, Jeanie Brunson, Susie Whitaker, Sandra Kuhn, son, Jeff Hill and 4 grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place under the guidance of Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th Street, Cherryvale, Kansas, 67335.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 12Noon at the Senior Housing at 600 Independence Avenue in Cherryvale.
