Charles D. Humphrey

Charles D. Humphrey, 82, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 at his residence.
Charles D. Humphrey was born August 30, 1936 in Van Buren, Arkansas the son of William Humphrey and Rena (Moore) Humphrey.
On March 19, 1955 in Wichita, Kansas he was united in marriage to Mona R.Cady and she survives at the home.
Charles worked as a laborer for over 20 years for the City of Wichita.
He enjoying going fishing and loved his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Mona of the home, sons, Chris Humphrey and his wife Becky of Cherryvale, Kansas, Tim Humphrey of Wichita, Kansas, grandchildren, T.J. Humphrey and his wife Diane, Mark Humphrey, Cady Humphrey, Aaron Cook, Angela Barnett, Alan Cook and his wife Cassie, great grandchildren, Silas Hall, Jacobi Barnett, Adesyn Barnett, Hunter Cook, Kinsey Cook, Ambrielle Barnett, Ashlynn Cook, Jaxson Cook and Brantyn Cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sons, Charles David Humphrey, Arthur Dean Humphrey, brother, Joe Humphrey and sister, Mary Huff.
Cremation has taken place under the guidance of Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th, Cherryvale, Kansas. No services are planned at this time.
