Carl Miller

Carl Miller 56, a resident of Morongo Valley, California, formerly of Coyville, Kansas, died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at his home on Morongo Valley. He was born September 14, 1950 in Fredonia, Kansas, the son of Emmett and Wilma (Gillispie) Miller. During his teen years, his family moved to Riverside, where he met and married Theresa L. Sims, his wife of 37 years. He was a lifelong carpenter and guitar player. Survivors, in addition to his wife, Theresa, include: Two sons: Michael Miller of Morongo Valley, CA Wesley Miller of Oak Hills, CA One daughter: Christine Mitchell of Morongo Valley, CA One brother: Maurice Miller of Aurora, CO Two sisters: Linda Willis of Bloomfield, IA Darlene Davis of Sun City, CA 9 grandchildren Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at the Coyville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Timmons Funeral Home on Saturday morning, 9:00 A.M.-Noon. A memorial has been established in his name with the Relay For Life and may be sent to the funeral home.
