Betty June Koger

Betty June Koger, 87, a former resident of rural Neodesha, Kansas, died Monday, July 23, 2007 at Medicalodge of Coffeyville, Kansas. She was born June 4, 1920 near Neodesha, the daughter of Wesley and Della (Foglesong) Koger. She was a graduate of Lafontaine High School and a homemaker. She was a longtime member of the Neodesha Bible Baptist Church and the Sycamore Valley Ladies Aid. She is survived by her brother, Kenneth Koger of Independence, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Amanda Attebery. Funeral services will be held at 1:30P.M. on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Timmons Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeremiah Baird of the Bible Baptist Church in Fredonia officiating. Burial will be in the Koger/Cheatham Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, 9:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. A memorial has been established in her name with the Fredonia Bible Baptist Church Children"s Ministry and may be sent to the funeral home.
