Arnold E. Auble

Arnold E. Auble, 80, of Independence, Kansas passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Labette Health in Independence.

Arnold Edward Auble was born February 8, 1942, in Adin, California the son of Kenneth Auble and Ora (Bennett) Auble.

Arnold attended and graduated from Big Valley High School in California in 1960.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and square dancing. He also loved to drive the countryside and was an avid Denver Broncos fan.

Arnold worked as an Iron Worker and retired after many years. He previously resided in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Survivors include his daughters, DeLinda Knight (Leon) of Independence, Kansas, Audrey Thorngen (Kevin) of Ashville, North Carolina, sister, Mildred Heard, 2 grandchildren, Delon Knight (Kaitlyn York), Cortney Greve (Adam), 2 great grandchildren Aiden and Carter Greve.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place under the guidance of Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th, Cherryvale, Kansas 67335.

Family services will be held at a later date.
