Alvin "Art" Arthur Hale

Alvin Arthur “Art” Hale, 76 of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 at his residence.
Art was born May 25, 1944 to Alvin C. and Bernice (Garrison) Hale, in Hammond, Indiana. He graduated in 1962 from Star City High School in Indiana.
He was the former owner of Lakeview Golf Course in Cherryvale, Kansas. Art was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed golf, loved going to casinos and playing blackjack. Netflix was a favorite pastime.
Art is survived by his children: Tammy Hale of Marion, Arkansas, Dawn Simmons (John) of Cherryvale, Kansas, Teresa Gillean (Dewayne) of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, and Tracy Hale (Cassie) of Elk City, Kansas. One Sister, Aloma Goss of Knox, Indiana. Eleven Grandchildren and Seventeen Great Grandchildren.
Art was preceded in death by both of his parents, children Brian Hale, and Shane Hale.
